    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

    Bluesfield accepts the following payment methods:

    • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is completed.
    • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a free PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

    WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

    Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

    WHERE IS MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK IT?

    Absolutely! We want you to be in control of your order at all times. For that reason, once we ship your order we will send you a confirmation email with a link from which you will be able to track your order live. You can also find information of your shipping in "Track My Order". If you have any doubt about the delivery of your order or you need help, please contact us.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we'll do as much as we can.

    DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. However there are some exceptions. If you’re unsure if we ship to your location, please get in touch with us at info@bluesfield.com

    WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT OR A PRODUCT IN BAD CONDITIONS?

    We are committed to prepare and send our products in perfect conditions. If you receive a wrong product or a faulty item, please contact us, we'll be glad to help you.

    CAN I ASK FOR A CHANGE OR REFUND ON A PERSONALIZED JEWEL?

    Personalized jewels are done on demand and therefore can’t be exchanged or refunded.

    HOW DO I RETURN MY JEWELRY?

    It’s easy! Within 14 days of receiving your product, send us an email saying you’d like to return your jewelry. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry.
